Physical products
Physical products ship directly from our fulfilment partners. Each product page and checkout shows the estimated delivery time and shipping cost before you pay. As a guide:
- Supplements (EU): ship from Germany, usually 2–5 working days across the EU.
- Wellness tools: usually 3–9 working days after dispatch.
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Orders containing items from different partners may arrive in separate parcels.
Returns (physical products)
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Email us with your order number within that period and we'll send return instructions.
- Return the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us.
- For health and hygiene reasons, supplements and personal-care items can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.
- We refund the price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return.
- Unless the item is faulty or wrong, you pay the return shipping cost.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item?
Email us with your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Faulty items are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee under EU and Bulgarian law.
